PartVault was built inside a working auto-dismantling business to solve a problem we lived with every day: getting parts photographed, catalogued, and listed on eBay quickly — without being stuck at a desk.
PartVault turns the slow, repetitive job of listing into something you can do in the yard. Photograph a part on your phone, let AI help fill in the details, and a clean record is created with a consistent SKU. Back at a computer, you review the batch and push them to live eBay listings far faster than listing one at a time.
Everything is designed around how a wrecking yard or resale business actually runs — fast capture for staff on the floor, careful review and publishing for owners, multiple stores under one login, per-person permissions, and a full activity trail so you always know who did what. It also surfaces the numbers that matter: what's making money, what's moving, and what's just clogging shelves.
PartVault is operated by Discount Trading in Australia. We use it to run our own stock, which means it's shaped by real day-to-day use rather than guesswork.
